Receipt numbers
Are the receipt numbers assigned in order in which applications are received? For example, if my receipt number ends in 6439 then I would expect that my application received date is before the person with receipt number ending in 6510. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case as 6510 has a receipt date that’s 9 days before the 6439. Are the receipt numbers random too? This is all very confusing
