Receipt # starting by IOE
Hi, I filed for i765 for EAD's replacement (lost by USPS) and just received a text message from USCIS with a receipt number starting by IOE. As I understand it's when you do the e-filing, however, I sent i765 form through the regular mail...Also for some reason it doesn't let me check its status online. Has anyone also received IOE receipt? Please share your experiences. Thank you.
