Hi everyone, we had our greencard interview (thru my spouse is a US citizen) and I-130 got approved the same day but I-485 is under review.
Today I had a court appearance and I got a reckless driving charge with 6 month probation (non-reporting). Will this cause any problems to by I-485 result ?
