Hi, Went for the H1 visa stamping today at the New Delhi Consulate and was asked to get the following documents:
1) W2 forms of other employees at your current U. S. company.
2) Photographs of U. S. company (inside and out)
3) Lease for U. S. company
4) Tax Returns for past 3 years for U. S. company
am asking for the same from my employer.
However, I am not sure how long does it take to get a decision out once i present the requested documents. Do they tell you right there and then or do they take time for a review/processing?
