Refusal under 221(g)
Hi Friends,
I went for visa interview on 30th,Nov,2007. The officer asked me only one thing..which project are you going to work client or inhouse?? I answered inhouse..then he took about 10 min to verify all the docs..including the financial docs of the employer and i am sure that there are no clues for him in them..bcz another two guys from the same employer got the visa a month ago. but inaddition to this, he didnt return the I-797 Petition form refusing my VISA under sec 221(g). He didnt ask me to submit some additional docs also. Its weird case, I never heard of it also. I alreay sent them an email requesting my petition form. please help me if any one of you have any clue to get my petition form back from them. They said that only mode of communication is e-mail and we know how the response would be.
