Hi ALL,
Congrats who got H1B Visa.
I attended the interview on 7th Dec'07 and got 221(g)Blue form asking petitioners docs.
Submitted all the Docs with ppt on 13th Dec'07.
After 2 months i got my ppt with another 221(g) AAP.
After a month i.e on last friday i got a letter stated that its been refused bcz ur petitioner is not able to provide employment according to the rules and regulations of US.
Could anyone help me in this situation what i have to do next.I didnt understand all the people who applied from this consultancy has got the VISA after the query.
Is my petitioner can do from their side in this situation?
