I had attend the interview for first time on 16th Dec, 2007 (H1B visa) in chennai. After that i got the 221(g) blue forms for around three times to submit the various types of documents from my employeer. Every time i have submitted the documents which i got from employeer. In first week of april i got the letter that "your case has been suspended under 221(g) and the chennai consulate is no longer handling your case.
They have taken all my documents like I797, LCA, I129, project description, wage reports, tax returns.
I want to clarify that, my case is suspended or they had send to USCIS for adminstration processing. If my case is really suspended then what would be the reason for taking the all documents of my employeer.
Please give the suggestions who has gone through this type of experience.
