Hi! I sent my application packet on 11/22/2016 and was delivered at Chicago US PO box on11/25/2016. It was sent through regular mail and not an express mail. I still have not received PD. Has anyone sent their application via regular mail and can let me know how long did it take to get their pd? Thanks
