rejected my b1/b2 visa in march 2012,for cs exam, after complete my usmle step1, vo told me give step2 then come,and gave me white paper, now i am thinking for apply f1 visa on the,basis of usmle step2 kaplan centre preperation, tell me its my right decision or first give step 2 then apply b1/b2 visa reply as soon as possible any body thnx
