Rejection after 221(G)
Hi,
I would be the unluckiest person applying for H1B. I applied for H1 on Apr 18th '05, got approval on Sep 7th '05, attended interview on Dec 21st '05. Interview was only 5min, they asked my degree certificates, US employer offer letter and Project details which I couldnt produce, eventually queried under 221 (G) for
1. Detailed Project description,
2. Active clients and projects of US employer, 3. Complete itinerary of activities for my 3 year stay peroid and
4. Client offer letter.
My employer cooked up all the above and send, I dropped those documents in VFS, Hyderabad drop box. With in 5 days i got passport and 50$ DD and a refusal letter stating that my application is been suspended and my I-129 and memorandom of rejection reasons will be submitted to USCIS, the reason could be the documents i submitted didnt meet requirements of INS.
I am currently working in the best company in the world and my employer in US in one of the best companies, even then i didnt get visa, my time is bad.
Guys, dont get afraid, make sure you carry all required documents, especially
1. Project detailed description with market analysis, time frames...
2. US employer's active clients and projects and so on......
