Removal conditions and Citizenship Interview together
Hi everyone,
I got scheduled for an interview of N-400 before my 10 years green card status changed. So i went to interview with my wife and passed both interviews with very nice officer. The officer congregated me and said that they will let me know about the next step. But on the paper he did not recommend me for approval. When i asked if everything is okay, he said that they will complete the background check and needs approval from supervisor.
After 28 days passed, i got notice of transfer about my I-751 case and no change on N-400. When i applied for the I-751, they transferred my case to Potomac from Vermont. So maybe they just requested the case back to my local office?
Is there anybody who had same situation?
