Remove condition after divorce!
Dear All,
I got my Condition GC a year ago. But, our marriage didn't work very well. My US spouse filed for divorce 6 months after our separate time. I signed the divorce paper and was finalized 90 days after signature.
My conditional GC expires after 6 months.
Whats the next steps and what documents do i need to file for removing the conditional on my GC?
Our marriage was 100% bona fide and we have neighbors who were witnesses while fighting and slams the doors on my face after mid night for no reason.
Any advices i’d appreciate it :)
