it's a good idea to attend in delhi but the fact is they r accepting south applications some times n other probabilities are:
1. Ur eduication is from south. so please go there - n ll give yellow card
2. Even if they accept they might ask that u culd hav planned b4. so get ready to answer anything they ask in a professional manner.
