I have a query. I am getting married on 22nd nov. 2007. My fiance works on H1B visa in U.S.A.
My question is that can I apply for an appointment for H4 Visa in the U.S. Consulate web site before my marriage date?
And if yes, then if i apply for an appointment in september what should I put in my marital status in form 156?
