Stamping on 3rd April....
Hi all!
My employer sent me all the docs after 2 queries from USCIS, followed by an approval in 19 Jan 2007. I am going for Stamping in Chennai Consulate 3 april. I have BSC comps, then MBA. IT Experience in SAP for 3.2 years. working for a BIG MNC company Currently.
The docs i got from employer are:
1) Approval notice I 797 Query submission docs 2,
2) LCA,
3) Tax Docs,
4) Credential Evaluation,
5) Payroll of 150 Employes along with
6) Bank accounts Statements and cheque numbers
7) Employer appointment Letter.
8) Inhouse Project Details as submitted to USCIS query explanation guaranteeing my salary and stay and also trip cost providing details.
9) Photos of 2 offices in USA of my Employer.
Docs im carrying are:
1)Passport, Appointment Letter, DS-156, 157.
2)All previous employers offer and releiving letters and payslips for the last 6 months from 2 companies.
3)1 year tax returns
4) Resume.
So guys! Please tell me if im missing something or what do u think about my Stamping.
