Hi all,
I've attended the visa interview on Dec 1, 2006. I've been given a 221(G) blue form and was asked to submit
1) Tax Returns of the employer
2) Unemployment Wage Report
3) Notarized list of all employees along with salary details
4) Client Letter
5) Client Agreement
6) Complete itinerary of services
7) Details of internal project
My employer is at last giving me the client letter. I want to know if we have the client letter and client agreement, are other documents still required? My employer says they are not required.
Please help me in this regard.
