Got 221-g (Green) form in the New Delhi Consulate
Hi All,
I got a 221 green form in the New Delhi Counsulate and they have asked for all the documents related to my employer. I have asked my employer to semd me all the docs. I wanted to ask you guys to please help me and let me know what happens next. They have asked me not to drop the passport with the documents. Does this mean that I have a bleak cance to get the visa. All the questions asked to me were answered properly. The only answer which propmted the VO to give me a green form, is the no of employees. My company has stated the no of employees in the petition as 5. Due to which i have to get them all the relevant docs from my employer.
Can someone please help me out in this regard and let me know that what chances do I have to the Visa. And if someone has faced the same scenario, please let me know how much time does it take to get the visa stamped in ur passport.
