Hi, all I sent the following applications, I-485, I-765,I-131. I have an I-130 approved. Today I received a letter stating "submit a completed and signed Form I-864 affidavit of support for the peticionary/sponsor listed on formi-130. Even if a joint sponsor will be used the peticionary sponsor must submmit form i-864. Also provide copies of the peticioner/sponsor most recent tax returns. I am the peticionary; however last year i only made 29,000. Do you think should i also send papers stating that we have an sponsor which is my fathet. Or just send them my information.
