I received a RFE regarding the affidavit of support however they want one for the petitioner which is my husband he's currently unemployed so we got a sponsor I didn't know we still had to submit an I-864 from him as well even tho he's not gonna be the sponsor he's a retired veteran on disability! Has anyone ever gotten an RFE for this kind of issue if yes what did you have to submit? All answers and suggestions are welcome thanks
