Reschedule Interview?
Hey guys, i'm anxiously waiting for good news about rescheduling i-485 interviews. I know that things are not in our favor, especially with the furlough situation, but they probably still should be rescheduling the interviews even if there are 3 employees working in the field office, which means that significant amount of people should be receiving their interview letters. Yet, I haven't seen that yet on this forum.
Does anyone knows about what's going on in the Philadelphia field office? Are they rescheduling the marriage based interviews? I'm worried because my wife is a LPR, and not a citizen, and my concern is that they may drag us for a significant amount of time, as i have seen several marriage based cases to us citizens getting interview waivers. Any thoughts about this matter?
