Hello!
I am married to USC from Italy. Was here on H1b. DC filer.
April 8th received case. I-485, I-131, I-765, I-129. With attorney.
Biometric ten days later. April 20.
Received RFE in May 15th. "Request for initial evidence" yellow page. Replied within the same week.
July 16th case is ready to be scheduled for an interview and got courtesy letter for missing medica.
NO EAD yet. Any idea on interview timing. or EAD? The date will become current for EAD very soon. Anyways. Would a request for initial evidence reset the PD clock?
