Hey family I need an answer for this my application was filed in 08/03/2018
Interview in 09/06/2019
No update until today so I submitted a service request the fourth time and their answer was as

In the interim, please remember to renew your employment authorization documents and travel documents within 3-4 months of the expiration date.
