Protection America (IMG) insurance
I just bought Protection America plan (by IMG) for $500,000 coverage with $250 deductible and Co-Insurance Buy-Up 90/10 plan (for additional 5% premium) for both of my parents (aged 62 and 54) seperately who will be staying from Jan'2008 - Mar'2008.
The reason why i bought this insurance is because of its well know FIRST HEALTH PPO network as compared to HYGEIA PPO network offered by other insurances like Liason International etc which is not well know atleast in the place where i currently stay.
Also i read horrow stories on other Insurance companies.
I also do understand that no insurance company will provide Pre-existing conditions and preventative care. So I am prepared for this.
I bought Dental and Vision discount plan from Careington for $11.95 per month for both of my parents.
I will post my final experience regarding Protection America insurance plan and Careington Dental plan after my parents leave USA.
