Though this SRI/SevenCorners has relatively premium and you would expect that they process any claim reasonably fair enough, they have been declining even small claim regarding a visit to a physician.
Reason given is pre-existing condition. How a single visit regarding an illness checkup, that has NEVER occured be called a pre-existing condition, I absolutely can't understand.
This company just collects high premium, when it comes to paying small claims, they are blindly rejected as pre-existing condition without any supporting evidence.
Please do your own due diligence before purchasing this insurance.
After all the purpose of any medical insurance is to cover any unforeseen illness. I don't think SRI/SevenCorners is fair enough in processing claims. They reject with improper reason expecting that you can't appeal legally anyway due to high legal expenses.
