response to RFE on I-140 sent. What now?
Hi,
I got RFE on my i-140 and just about a month ago my lawyer sent the missing files back (proof that employer can pay wages). USCIS received the response to RFE on Nov 6th 2017. What happens now? I know it usually takes up to 60 days for uscis to reply but does anyone have any other estimate?
Also, My company did concurrent filing of I-140 &I 1-485. If I-140 gets approved what is the timeline for green card? If anyone has a similar situation please reply.
