resubmit i 864?
so on Feb 1st I got RFE for birth certificat, my husband's most recent transcript and proof of my income earned legally. So I responded to the RFE and included everything they wanted, except that I sent an expired EAD as it expired last month when I finished my OPT. I submitted a work authorization based on my marriage but havent gotten it yet. anyway.. so my husband at the time of filing wasn't making enough so that's why I had added my income to it. However I do not work anymore as I don't have a valid EAD. And I haven't had any update in 2 weeks since they received the response to the RFE.
I'm just worried that they do not accept the i864 since I do not work anymore... My husband got a new job and now meets the requirement. My question is do you think I should submit a new I864 with just his income? Or is it too late? Or should I just wait for a new update?
