Hello Everyone,
Can I have any suggestions what should I do in order for the officers to take action on our case? Oir interview was done last Dec 2019, most of my coworkers got their GC last February, my priority date is March 2018, last August I emailed USCIS for case update but they replied that my priority date is on retrogress however the cirrent date right now is April 2019. I'm confused with their reply, I've been current since last week of June, I feel fraustrated because my coworkers already got their GCs. I haven't received any RFEs, Recalls nor Audits since day 1. Infact, some of my coworkers got RFE and audit, some of them just sent their documents through mail but they got their GC before me. I've been here in the United States for 5 years, but USCIS prioritized to issue GC to those spouses who just came here 8 months ago. I never comitted any criminal record, infact I am a health worker that's why I feel so fraustrated.
