Hi, l received RFE on 12/18/18 requesting 6 months of previous pay stubs and employment letter for petitioner/sponsor since petitioner meets income requirements for I-864. We can provide employment letter and W2 but not enough pay stubs for 6 months as requested because petitioner just started new job last month.
What can I do to help remedy this situation? Note that when we sent AOS package, we included I-864, W2, 1040 for both the petitioner and a joint sponsor since we assumed the petitioner would not meet income threshold, but It looks like they want to use petitioner as only sponsor. Please help.
