RFE
Hey there.
On Sep 20 USCIS sent 2 RFE , but only arrived letter to RFE for I485 joint sponsor.
After 5 day we called to USCIS because was missed RFE for I130.
They told us request it by my account, but 1 month latter it never arrived then we called level 2 they told us call again after 30 days more. On December 17 we called again and the Level 2 was wait for 15 to 20 more days.
It could be the same RFE for I485 and I130 , why isn't attached on USCIS sistem, why after several calls , nobody can see RFE to I130 .
My question is : could share the same RFE I130 AND I485.
I485 RFE WAS RESPONDED AND REICIVED FOR USCIS.
I130 none USCIS agent knows about this RFE.
The lastest answer was talk with a Supervisor. None requests to get copy has been done or assigned.
