Interesting that I sent in a service request on 1/3 and exactly 30 days within which they have to respond, today, 2/3, they sent me RFE.
I think they just do this to delay having to adjudicate the case and move it further down. am sure the evidence will be something that I have already submitted (as per other comments in this forum).
if I were to do things differently, i wouldn't have submitted the service request. am not worried at all about the RFE, just that now it has possibly delayed it by 2-3 months
