My husband and I applied for the marriage-based adjustment of status October 25th 2019 and we got a rfe in the mail asking for more evidence for the i-864 we're sending it in I make enough according to the 2019 poverty guidelines about 125% but they changed it up the price in March 1st 2020 are we grandfathered under the 2019 125% or do we have to follow March 1st 2020 125%
