Hey guys
Can I use a different joint sponsor if USCIS sent a rfe for joint sponsor. I submitted my document March 2019 , at that time my joint sponsor didn’t do his 2018 return so I had to use his 2017 tax return .
I recently got an RFE for joint sponsor after interview
Guess they want to make a decision but with an updated Affadavit with most current tax year .
Can I send a different sponsor from the one I initially sent ?
My first sponsor moved away to a different country
