Hi everyone!!!
Today i got RFE and it says
The joint sponsor ( name) list their current income on Form i 864 as an amount to be considered as sufficient, however, no evidence has been submitted as proof of current income
Submit evidence of the joint sponsors current income
Pay stubs
Letter of employment.
Also i got second one on the same letter that says
Based on the document submitted with form i 864 , Affidavit of Support for the joint sponsor ( name) the income did not meet 125% of the poverty guideline for the petitioner household size.
Submit evidence from a different qualifying joint sponsor.
Question? What does it mean ? Should i sent more evidence with the same sponsor
Or should I find new sponsor?
