RFE
IS there any law how long after submitting the RFE they have to answer. Our lawyer told us 90 days that expired today and still nothing. They received our Medical on 03 April, 2020, the status is still Interview cancelled, Notice ordered. No update, nothing, not even a we received it or anything. We are Eb2 and it is getting very aggravating not knowing what is happening and why it is taking so long.
