RFE Deadline
Hi guys, need your advice. We had our interview last month and it went somewhat well. We had a baby a few weeks to the interview so we did not have our baby's birth certificate. We took along a notarized letter stating we are the parents and discharge papers from the hospital. The IO said he believed our marriage is real but he'll need the child's birth certificate in order to protect the mother and the child in case I try to run in the future(lol). The problem is department of health saying it takes 30-90 days to process it. The IO gave us 30 days to submit it and the deadline is 11th December. We need your help. What do you guys think we can do in this case. Thank you
