Biometric done Jan 19
February 19 RFe for Birth Certificate, i864 for Husband with supporting documents, I864 for Sponsor which we had submitter but wasn’t filed properly as they stated that the sponsor doesn’t surpass the poverty guideline which he did with a 100k per year .
Response to RFe March 28 with all documents requested especially the sponsor documents indicating that he surpasses the poverty guideline with a 100,000 income.
RFE received notice ; April 1
Since then we’ve not heard anything no status change .
Because I’ve been seeing so many people who have gotten a status change when they sent their rfe . It’s been almost 50days . Does this mean there’s something wrong , I’m losing my mind.
