Hey guys,
My package was received on 5/5/20. I submitted forms I485, I130, I130A, I765, I864 and I944 all at the same time. I received an RFE in the mail yesterday asking for birth certificate, tax documents and supporting documents to show that we make 125%+ above the federal poverty level. All these were submitted with the initial packet with no doubt. My question is, is it possible that it was so much paper that they missed all these things? How do I know if anything was wrong with the first copies I submitted? Has anyone had to resubmit some stuff before? I plan on resubmitting the exact same copies that I did before. If they’re not satisfied with it will they ask me to submit them yet another time or will they reject my application?
