2. Form I-130A
3. Additional evidence
I.e joint bank and credit card accounts
Lease (both names)
Medical & life insurance
Sworn affidavit knowledge of relationship
Child birth certificate (we have no child)
Only evidence I have is about 20 photos of us including wedding at courthouse
T-Mobile phone bill where he’s added
Credit card with him as authorize user not joint account . But he can make purchases
Idk what to do & im extremely nervous
Didn’t expect RFE . Was waiting for EAD & them accumulate ALL supporting evidence day of interview
We need the EAD to combine our finances and for him to get a job so we can secure a home
Can you guys please PLEASEEEEEE help me
