RFE for I-485
Hi,
Got an SMS and an email stating that they need RFE for the I-485. I revised the documents we sent out and I believe we forgot to include the I-864 (affidavit of support). I am married to an US Citizen. I believe I misread the instructions and clearly I have to submit this. Any thoughts on this ?
Also, Does the RFE for the I-485 hold the 765 ? Although we did not receive the notice as they mailed that out today Dec/ 21st, is there way to send the I-864 quickly ? our processing center is MSC (Missouri/ National benefits center). I would need to know the process.
