Rfe for I-485
Guys, I sent my I-864 while applying for 1-765,i-131 and i-485. Afte 190 days of waiting I get Rfe stating they need my wifes i-864 ( financial documents, w2,1098t forms).
Rfe says: Sign and submit the petitioner i-864 form. Even a joint sponsor is used sponsor must submit form i-864 and must submit financial documents, w2,1098t forms.
So my question is so should my wife needs to send
1)i-864 with a sponsor/joint sponsor?
or
2)Does she need to send only her financial documents, w2,1098t forms.?
Has anyone been through the same situation?
