Hello everyone.. putting this out here to see if I can get any help or if someone has been in this situation and how they resolved it
I had my AOS interview in January
It’s almost 4 months since the interview wherein I got approved for my I-130 but pending I-485 due to medicals, I resubmitted my medicals the same week,
Exactly 4 months now,! No response, no update
I have called uscis and they said my case is still within processing time,
I have Been to federal plaza- the field office, and they said the case is within processing time
What do I do?
Obudsman? Congress? Wait??
If you have bn in this situation kindly advise on how to proceed.
