RFE for old edition i-485 form
Hello Guys, I got the RFE saying
"you have submitted an i-485, with an edition date that is no longer accepted. submit a new properly signed and completed form i-485 on the current edition of the form, All pages must be present and of the correct edition date."
I filed on 07/15/2019 edition and I-485 received date is Feb21, 2020. new edition is 10/15/2019, which has public charge rule included.
Any Jan/Feb 2020 filers used 07/15/019 edition and got RFE similar to this? Should i filed i-485 supplement J as well?
I am confused how do i response to the public charge related question? i should be exempt b/c i applied before feb24,2020.
Please help!
