Hi All,
I485 filed on March 30th
Receipts received - April 19th
Biometrics - May 10th
No status update till June 8th.
On June 8th, received RFE for spouse for birth certificate.
1. Will this I485 RFE impact our EAD and AP combo card ?
2. Will my spouse I485 RFE delay my I485 case?
Can you please help answer?
Also please let me know if I can get non availability certificate for birth for my spouse from washing Ton indian embassy? Will USCIS accept this?
