I got married to an US citizen but things didn’t work out for us. We’ve divorced and I’ve applied for VAWA (with a lawyer) back in March 2019, end of last year immigration sent me an RFE, I’ve sent them more evidence in January this year, they’ve received it 65 days ago but I still haven’t gotten any response.
Does anyone know how long it’s usually taking them to respond to an RFE? I’ve read that usually it takes them two months. Also, if approved, how long it’s taking them to schedule an interview (I already have a pending I-485)
This process is so exhausting, the hardest part is already gone but this waiting game is killing me. If anyone out there could shed a light, it would be much appreciated it.
