Hello everyone, well I finally got my RFE on Monday and I wish I paid more attention when filing out I-485. I forgot to submit I-864. So this is what I have prepared, please share your thoughts...
IN THE PACKET/ENVELOPE
-USCIS RFE Letter requesting Initial Evidence
-Table of Contents
-Letter explaining situation and documents.
-Signed and completed form I-864
-Sponsor's US Birth Certificate
-Petitioner/ Sponsor's recent tax returns and tax documents
-Sponsor's paystubs for current job (New job)
*Sponsor makes well over 125% poverty level for household of 2 with recent tax return and current new job paystubs. I (Primary immigrant) included my income just incase. My income is legal under DACA so I prepared..
- Proof of work authorization under DACA slips. I photocopied my proof of DACA notices and EAD cards, however, my current one is still in production so just the DACA approval form for now that expires 2018
-Recent tax returns
-Current paystubs
I want to wait till I get my new EAD to make a copy before sending my packet but I don't want to at the same time just so I don't delay my processing even more. what do you guys think?
