After completing my interview January 17,2019 at federal plaza a week later I receive a mail from USCIS asking for a new medical at the time of my interview my ISO told me he would have approve me on spot but because of my expired medical he gave me the paper saying case is held for review ..well today I went to hand delivered my new medical docs so let’s see how long I have to wait for my 10 year green card I’m already approved for my marriage based FORM I130
