RFE Question
We received an RFE for my husband's I-131 Advance Parole. They stated that he traveled outside the country while applying for AP which was incorrect. We submitted a lot of evidence including a letter from his job to show that he's been here since filing for AP in October.
My question is, how likely is it for us to receive another RFE? If there was something else that was needed, would it have been in the original RFE or do they send out multiple RFE's for the same case?
