RFE response received by USCIS
Hello everyone, wish you all Happy holidays.

I'm from SLC UTAH PD 08/05/19

Check my previous posts for my experiences.

I have a question, any help will be appreciated.

I received my RFE on 12/05, online case status changed on 11/29 saying RFE was being sent. Anyway my lawyer responded with necessary information on 12/10 and the USPS update says it was delivered today 12/13
.
Now I want to know when will my case status change? how do I know if they're satisfied with the information being sent. Do they update online with any status after approving it or what is it? or how does it work?

Any help will be appreciated from the ones who kept close eye on how it worked after they responded to RFE.

Thanks again and I see a few of my followers asking me about the RFE i received. So here's an update and it can help people who have questions on why USCIS sends RFE even after your petitioner makes enough money.

So my husband makes about $40,000 annually but his income tax says only $15,000 was taxable because of the deductions he claimed. So when you think your petitioner makes enough money and you still received RFE, it's because the taxable income was below poverty guidelines where it should be above the poverty guidelines.
So always keep in mind that your taxable income should be above poverty guidelines, not the gross or net annual income.

Anyway, we had evidence of assets acceptable as per USCIS so we submitted that. Let's hope for something soon.

The other information that I'm writing is useful only for SLC filers. My attorney is very nice and gives us insights about what's going on here....

When we went to see him to submit the documents, he said that a month and half ago SLC USCIS has hired another 10 immigration officers and they're all new and my attorney doesn't know them well. Also he said that three of his clients who applied 6-7 months ago got interviewed and got their GC.

Thanks again everyone!!! Keep helping each other and I hope we all get something before Christmas!!
