RFE returned
my PD is 03/01/2017
0n 03/31/2017 my online status was RFE but it changed two days later to mail returned because post office couldnt deliver... but same day it changed to documents mailed to me... today i received the document but it wasnt RFE it was notice of action.. the notice of action is ACTION COMPLETE and i should expect biometric appointment in mail soon... does it mean the RFE was a mistake? my service centre is MSC... at the moment current status is DOCUMENT MAILED TO ME... should i just wait for biometric appointment?
