RFE since October 2017
Herllo everyone!
I am a little concern about what might be happening with my case.
My husband and I submitted our package about 1 month after getting married.
He’s the US citizen and I came here in 2014 under another conditions (legal).
They received our package in August and everything was moving fine until they asked for a RFE (his tax return) which we sent back fast and since October 2017 the website says “we have recieved the information requested”... but nothing moved since then.
My husband I have been together since 2014 and living at the same house. Last year is when he proposed me to get married and of course I said “YES”...
I don’t know what is taking so long for USCIS to review his tax paperwork.
Is that right that and RFE sets the clock back to the beginning?
He’s retired but makes more than what they ask for to be able to sponsor me and I make way over 100K.
What should we do?
I know everything is going to be OK because our marriage is real and we have the prove of it even tho our age difference.
I just think the waiting game is consuming and nerve racking
Our office is Lee Summit and it is same sex marriage.
